Refund Policy

You may return unused products purchased on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery. 


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, still fitted with original tags and labels, and shipped in the original packaging.

All USA returns must be shipped to our warehouse at:

All UK (and Rest of World) returns must be shipped to our warehouse at: 

April & Alex, 28 Heathfield, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, MK12 6HP

 

Items on Sale are not eligible for refunds.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.

We do not cover import and customs duties from international customers.

 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us.

April & Alex cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of returned items. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Made-to-order  items are not eligible for refunds.


We are unable to provide exchanges. To buy a different product, please return your item(s) and make a new purchase from the website.
