Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 7 days.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, still fitted with original tags and labels.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not cover import and customs duties from international customers.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUNDS
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
PRE-ORDERS
Please note that pre-order items may take 2-4 weeks to get to you.
Upon receipt, pre-ordered items are not eligible for refunds.
If you wish to exchange a pre-ordered purchase, please return it to us (at your own cost).
